Dear Sirs,

I take this opportunity to invite your esteemed Club to participate in Inter City Club Sports Carnival 2005, being hosted by nine premier Clubs of Kolkata to be held on 11th, 12th & 13th February 2005.

After the tremendous success of Carnival 2004, where 22 Clubs participated including 4 international and 8 national Clubs, it is necessary to receive your confirmation at an early date to enable us to make adequate arrangement.

Like previous year the Kolkata Clubs will extend their hospitality in terms of local transport and accommodation (for your sports participants only). Our hospitality will be extended from 12.00 noon of 10th February until 12.00 noon of 14th February 2005.

Rules and Regulations regarding the games of Bridge, Squash, Tennis, Golf, Snooker and Double Wicket Cricket will be forwarded as soon as we receive your confirmation regarding participation.

You are most welcome to participate in as many disciplines of Sports Carnival as you may wish.

Like previous years, events will be held at different Kolkata Clubs during the three days of 11th, 12th & 13th February 2005.

In addition there will be entertainment evenings for all participants on the first and second day of the Carnival.

We would be obliged if you could kindly advise us your willingness to participate at the earliest (preferably before 31st July 2004).

The detail of your participant with number of participants may follow at a later date.
